Thank you very much for choosing Investments Suite Pro by MonetarySoft. You have to read and accept Rules and Regulations provided below prior to any kind of use or Installation of Investments Suite Pro. You should contact MonetarySoft support desk if you are confused or need further information about this license.

Client is the person who purchased license from MonetarySoft;
Software is Investments Suite Pro by MonetarySoft;

  • Clients must keep in mind that MonetarySoft sells right of using of software, Not the software it self. This means that clients are allowed to download and install software but NOT ALLOWED to further re-produce, sharing or selling to/with a friend or any one else.
     
  • Software source code is protected using a 3rd Party encoder. Any failed or successful attempts to decrypt software is considered as a crime, similarly, downloading or purchasing of such decrypted versions are also considered as crime. Software source code is owned by MonetarySoft, not the client.
     
  • Clients are allowed to make changes in design (GUI) of software. MonetarySoft uses a template engine to keep source code and template files separate from each other. Clients are allowed to edit almost every file in "templates" folder included in package. Clients are ONLY allowed to create there own copyright notices for design or content of website. Software is fully owned and copyright protected by MonetarySoft.
     
  • Clients must have purchased license for this software only from MonetarySoft website. Installation is not possible prior to purchase and activation of license at MonetarySoft. Clients must purchase a different license for every domain name.
     
  • Clients are not liable to ask for any kind of modifications in software. This software is sold on "AS IS " basis with out any kind of warranty. MonetarySoft reserve rights to deny any of such modification requests as far as it doesn't cause any security condition or it is not a bug or a glitch in software.
     
  • MonetarySoft has no responsibility for wrong or bad use of software by Client. MonetarySoft reserve rights to terminate license and all rights assigned to client, if he/she is found guilty along with a proper complain and justification from victims for running a fraud, identity thief or scam website.
     
  • MonetarySoft promises life time support and updates to clients using this software legally with in frame of rights assigned to clients. MonetarySoft also reserves all rights to take legal actions (such as: contacting client's local law enforcement authorities and court or similar jurisdiction) against clients if they are found to be violating this license and rights allocated to them.
